Lost Writer in TeeFury Lost Parody T-Shirt
One of the writers and executive producers of hit TV show Lost has been caught wearing a Lost parody t-shirt created for t-shirt-a-day site TeeFury. It will probably land them a bit of traffic but they won’t be able to sell any more of those t-shirts because they are on sale for one day only. Perhaps the tee in question will go on sale somewhere else. Ian Leino, The designer must be chuffed.

7 Places to get t-shirts for $10 or less
Here is a list of t-shirt stores for t-shirt addicts on a budget. There is an abundance of t-shirt stores on the web but not all that many where you can get quality tees for $10 or less. Here is The T-Shirt Review’s list of the Top 7 places to get a bargain t-shirt. If you know of others please feel free to add your link in the comments.
1. Ten Bills – A cool selection of urban style tees. All t-shirts are usually $10, hence the name, but you can get them for even less during sales and they often have some other great deals. Flat rate shipping of $5 means you should add lots of tees to your cart at one time.
2. shirt.woot – $10 including shipping means that shirt.woot is the best deal on the web. One shirt per day means no selection if you are an impatient SOB but if you check back every day you will surely find something you like. Usually funny geek designs.
3. TeeFury - Priced at $9 + $2 shipping makes TeeFury one of the best deals out there. T-Shirts styles vary but recently have had quite a few pop culture t-shirts.
4. Uneetee - Each day a different t-shirt is on sale for $10. It’s called the Insaneetee. Shipping at $3.92 is a bargain too. If you have a favorite tee on Uneetee, and you are a bit of a tightwad, you can just wait for it to come up as an Insaneetee deal. They also have an occasional mystery shirt for $6. Don’t know much about it. It’s quite the mystery.
5. Six Dollar Shirts – Shirts are sure cheap but $6.90 for shipping bumps the total price up to $11.90. Still a pretty good deal though. 10 tees for $50 and $17.21 for shipping is a much better deal though and you could even give some of the tees to your friends. Big selection of tees to choose from too.
6. Threadpit – Random t-shirt for only $3.95 + $5.95 shipping is pretty damn cheap but you are basically going to get a shirt that they couldn’t sell. Cheap though.
7. Design by Humans – Serendipitee is the DBH mystery shirt but they claim it it not just crap that they can’t move. Considering the tees are usually about $25, these $10 tees are quite a good deal. DBH is known for it’s large and all over prints. $2.72 shipping + tax to some parts of the US.
House T-Shirt at TeeFury
A great t-shirt at Teefury for fans of hit TV show House. Not that it’s a great t-shirt, it’s probably on the unfavorable side of average. It’s basically a cleverly photoshopped image of Hugh Laurie’s photo that makes it look like he is turning into a demon with some text that fans of House (like me) are sure to appreciate.

House T-Shirt by Olechka at TeeFury
I wonder if this is how TeeFury intends to continue from now on though. I thought yesterday’s t-shirt was about as blatant a copyright infringment as you could get until this one. I wonder if it will catch up them like happened to Ben from Fright Rags as he mentioned on How to Start a Clothing Company. Maybe I am wrong though and TeeFury have a licensing deal with the owners of these characters. I doubt it though.

The Big Lebowski T-Shirt by Zack Davenport at TeeFury
In my opinion though I think that the bigger crime was TeeFury printing the Lebowski design on that bottle green t-shirt. I would totally go for the yellow.
TeeFury $5 T-Shirts
TeeFury tees are usually $9 which is pretty darned cheap but $5 is totally awesome. Last time we got three pretty sweet t-shirts. This sale is only on for another 16 hours or so, so go on. Treat yourself. It’ll be one of the cheapest treats you’ll get. It’s a grab bag so basically you don’t know what you are going to get.
Another TeeFury Preview
A little birdy has told me what the next three TeeFury designs are going to be (including current design). Well, a little more than a glimpse really but I think you can get a fair idea of what they are going to be like.
Last time Teefury gave us a preview of what was going to be printed I surmised that it was a bid to drum up sales and I guess I was right and it seems that it was pretty successful. The Obama zombie design became TeeFury’s best selling t-shirt to date selling 1,325 in one day and what do you know, another preview.
I think that this Saturday’s Thom Yorke caricature should do really well to. I don’t think old Thom would be too happy about TeeFury making a profit off his face but by the time he could do anything about it it’ll be too late as the tee will only be on sale for 24 hours. On the other hand, he might be pretty liberal considering the fact that Radiohead released an album allowing people to pay whatever they wanted for it.
All tees at TeeFury are $9 and, as mentioned before, on sale for only 24 hours. You snooze, you lose.
TeeFury Preview
I haven’t seen this happen before but I received a preview of the next three shirts at TeeFury from Teevil, the evil TeeFury bird. (A little bird told me.) It’s a bit weird but I guess it is an attempt to get more sales at the site. The first tee which has already gone on sale is by Wotto.
The second tee is a parody of the infamous Shepard Fairey Obama poster. It’s a mashup of current theme of the month Zombies. Although Zombies are like, sooo last month IMHO…like ya know.
Review: TeeFury T-Shirts
Not that long ago TeeFury had a special sale where you could get a t-shirt for $5. The catch was that you couldn’t choose which t-shirt they sent you. It was basically a lucky dip but for $5 a shirt it was hard to lose. While I didn’t have time to tell you about it I did have time to purchase a few tees at this time. Ahem…sorry about that. The t-shirts arrived pretty quickly and you can check them out below.
The first two t-shirts are Wotto t-shirt. (He sure does get mentioned a lot on this blog.) I like his work but as I have said many times, I think it would be more suited to a children’s book than a t-shirt but they seem to be quite popular. I am actually wearing the Wotto t-shirt as I write this. The first t-shirt, the one I am wearing, is instantly recognizable as a Wotto but I was surprised to find that another that we had received was also a Wotto. It looks like something you would find at Threadless in that it includes a simple joke. When I think of Wotto I don’t think of this type of humor. Cute design but I don’t really dig the light blue.

The third shirt is A Day Late by Greg Abbot. My feeling about this tee? Meh. I like the colors but I’m just not into the text. My wife liked it fine though and she’s the one who has to wear it. Also the print looks bigger in real life than it did at TeeFury which is this case is a good thing.

Monkey Boxing T-Shirt
This is just a quickie to let you know about this awesome t-shirt over at TeeFury. Shirts are only available for 24 hours at TeeFury and cost only $9. This is the best one I have seen there for quite some time. It’s called That’s Entertainment and was designed by Leon Ryan.
If you like this you might also like this other t-shirt that he designed and is for sale at Threadless. It’s called Clown Car Crash.
A Coincidental Triangle
I just got home to find that TeeFury are now selling a Penrose Triangle t-shirt. After posting about Penrose Triangle t-shirts just short while before it went on sale I thought the coincidence was enough to warrant a post. I admit that the TeeFury shirt is not impressive when compared to the three in examples in my previous post but it is only $9. Tee are only available for 24 hours at TeeFury so if you want to get your hands on one don’t waste time.
Spring’s Awakening at TeeFury
Fellow blogger EZ-KUN (T-Shirt Factory) has just had one of his designs printed at TeeFury and I think it is one of the sweetest designs I have seen over there for quite a while. If you want to get your hands on this shirt though don’t waste any time as shirts stay on sale for only 24 hours at TeeFury. I guess that is what puts the Fury in TeeFury. There is just under 15 hours left as I write this post. Tees cost just $9 too. $2 shipping to the US. Congratulations EZ-KUN.
