Tom Burns loves to party

Again, over at Loiter I noticed that Tom Burns has added to his portfolio. One of his t-shirts that I have mentioned a couple of times on The T-Shirt Review is the Communist Party at Threadless. This is a pretty cool tee and probably one of the most reprinted shirts at Threadless. I knew that their was another version over at Loiter but when I went there today I noticed that there were two new part t-shirts: the Republican Party and the Democratic Party. They are both pretty sweet too. Anyway, to get your hands on one of these t-shirts just click on the image to go to their stores.

Obama Victory Shirt

If you are American and support Barack Obama, the chances are that you already own a Barack Obama t-shirt but I think these t-shirts will certainly become collectors items although you may have to wait 30 to 40 years for them to really appreciate in value. These are the official 2008 Victory T-Shirts from Barack Obama’s website. They are also a part of a donation drive to help the DNC recover the resources it took to win. You’d think they’d have a little left over from the record-breaking campaign donations.

The shirts are not bad but not something that I would wear. As I said though, I can imagine them being popular a few decades down the road. If you are feeing generous you can $2,500 or possibly more for these tees. Being a foreigner I am not able to purchase one of these tees. That proabably has something to do with rules regarding donations. Anyway, I thought I had kicked the souvenir t-shirt habit a long time ago.

Palin T-Shirts from Hell

It’s been a while since I mentioned T-Shirt Hell here. It has simply because I have been pretty unimpressed with their output recently but they have two great new Sarah Palin tees on sale now and I think that they may even be classified as pro-Palin t-shirts. Imagine that. T-Shirt Hell is able to do positivity with a dash of irreverence of course. I mean it is T-Shirt Hell after all.

Fukuda ASCII T-Shirt

It seems that Japanese PODs are picking up on the fact that there is money to be made in political tees. In Japan the latest Prime Minister has announced his resignation which was no big surprise really and in a  press conference he said  「あなたとは違うんです。」 which translates as “I’m different from you.” I guess this statement riled a few people and the video was posted on youtube and the infamous ni-channel where it is said this gun-toting ASCII version of Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda appeared first. Then it was quickly snapped up by ClubT to become one of their best selling t-shirts. The t-shirt is pretty cool and the design is available on a selection of items and shirts.

Hot Chick in Dick Cheney’s Sunglasses

As unlikely as it may seem there was a rumor going around about a photo of Dick Cheney on a fishing trip where there was reflection of a naked woman in his glasses. Below is the photo in question with a little supporting evidence that it was not really a woman but actually his hand. On the other hand, if you look closely at the two t-shirts below it seems pretty clear that old Dick is having a bit of a party.

Last Spitzer Post (Maybe)

I know, I know. I said that the Eliot Spitzer thing should be over soon and that I wouldn’t be posting about it again or something like that but here I am again. Spitzer Spitzer Spitzer. It’s like I have Spitzer on the brain. Well, I have to post this one because my own design was featured on ABC News’ website (along with nearly every other Spitzer Client and 9 T-Shirt for sale on Zazzle.

This particular t-shirt had also been given a “Today’s Best Award” on Zazzle. I created this one with a vintage effect so that it could be worn for years after the scandal is over. You can choose from a huge selection of shirts.

These days when there is a political scandal it seems like it is only minutes before there is a t-shirt about it. I say it seems like minutes, but minutes might be what it is.
