Jimiyo Interview

Artist and t-shirt designer Jimmy Benedict aka Jimiyo has bared his soul over at new blog, The Familiar Strangers. OK, so baring his soul is a bit melodramatic but it got your attention.

Like the Presidential race, I’ve stopped paying attention to the trends to prevent myself from having a fruitless opinion. When I did pay attention, I became annoyed at tired concepts that had been done over and over. Wait, here’s one: C-Mothereffing-Y-K shirts. (Read more.)

Andy over at Hide Your Arms, a great resource for finding some great t-shirts and hoodies, has created an updated list of t-shirt blogs from around the world. Literally from around the world. There is even a Russian site included. Of course this blog, The T-Shirt Review, is based in Japan. There are 133 blogs in this list and I guess that makes 133 reasons not to visit this one. Why This Blog – The T-Shirt Review

There are plenty of tee shirt blogs out there so you may be asking why we need another. The answer is of course that we don’t need another but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing. Options are always a good thing and that is what this t-shirt blog is. It is an option and hopefully it will be a good option.

We all have different tastes and in this blog you will learn about mine. I will not only discuss tee shirts that I would wear but also t-shirts that I find funny, interesting or just plain wrong. I will also discuss the various POD’s that are available and maybe give some tips on show to make or even sell your own tee shirts. If you have any questions or requests feel free to contact me.
